Turkey Breakfast PattiesTurkey Breakfast Patties

Serves 8

Cook Time: 15 minutes

2 Tbsp olive oil
2 lbs ground turkey
2 Tbsp coconut aminos or 1 Tbsp soy sauce with 1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp freshly grated ginger
3 Tbsp green onion minced
4 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
6 basil leaves minced
2 tsp salt


  1. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients.
  2. Preheat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Use cookie scoop or spoon to portion out patties and flatten between two hands. Working in small batches add the turkey patties to the preheated skillet. Be sure to not overcrowd the pan. Allow patties to cook for 3-4 minutes until browned before flipping. Continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
  4. Repeat with remaining patties.
  5. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
