Lemon Caper Baked Salmon


4- 6-ounce Salmon Steaks

Pinch of salt

Black pepper to taste

1 lemon, sliced

1 bunch fresh basil (optional)

3 tablespoons capers


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
  • Place salmon on a sheet pan, skin-side-down, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Top salmon with lemon slices, basil, and capers. Bake for 15 minutes.
