Fruit and Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup unsweetened plain yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

Blend the banana, yogurt, berries and milk in a blender until smooth.
