Turkey Breakfast Patties – Alternative

1# ground turkey
2 Tbsp olive oil
¾ tsp onion powder
¾ tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp rosemary
¾ tsp oregano
¾ tsp sage
¾ tsp ginger
¾ tsp marjoram
¾ tsp thyme
¾ tsp pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients.
  2. Preheat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Use spoon to portion out patties and flatten between two hands. Working in small batches add the turkey patties to the preheated skillet. Be sure not to overcrowd the pan. Allow patties to cook for 3-4 minutes until browned before flipping. Continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees. (As an alternative you can also heat the entire mixture in the skillet at once to make it into crumbles.)
  4. Repeat with remaining patties.
  5. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
