- 2 cups raw spinach

- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced

- 2 mandarin oranges, peeled

Dressing:

Salad Directions:

- Combine spinach, kale, carrots, and cooked chicken in a large bowl. Toss well and add mandarins, almonds, and avocado.
