Smoked Salmon & Cucumber Bites

Ingredients

  • 3 English cucumbers, sliced into 1-inch rounds

  • 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature

  • ½ cup FAGE Total (0%, 2%, 5%) or BestSelf Plain Yogurt

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 12 oz smoked salmon

  • Fresh dill and cracked black pepper, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Arrange the cucumber rounds on a serving tray.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, yogurt, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and lemon zest until smooth.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag fitted with a star tip.

  4. Place a small piece of smoked salmon on each cucumber round.

  5. Pipe a generous swirl of the yogurt–cream cheese filling on top.

  6. Garnish with fresh dill and cracked black pepper.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
