Ingredients

3 English cucumbers, sliced into 1-inch rounds

8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature

½ cup FAGE Total (0%, 2%, 5%) or BestSelf Plain Yogurt

½ teaspoon onion powder
-
½ teaspoon garlic powder
-
¼ teaspoon salt
-
Zest of 1 lemon
-
12 oz smoked salmon
-
Fresh dill and cracked black pepper, to garnish
Instructions

Arrange the cucumber rounds on a serving tray.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, yogurt, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and lemon zest until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag fitted with a star tip.

Place a small piece of smoked salmon on each cucumber round.

Pipe a generous swirl of the yogurt–cream cheese filling on top.

Garnish with fresh dill and cracked black pepper.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
