
Flavor Fix Salmon with Lemon, Dill & Garlic Herb Infusion
Ingredients:

1 large salmon fillet

2 tablespoons olive oil
-
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest
-
2 garlic cloves, finely minced

1 teaspoon sea salt
-
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
-
2 tablespoons fresh dill, coarsely chopped
-
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
-
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
-
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
-
½ teaspoon onion powder
-
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
Optional Fresh Finish:

Chopped fresh parsley or chives

Extra squeeze of lemon juice before serving
Instructions:

Preheat grill to 350°F.

Place salmon fillet on a large piece of heavy-duty foil, big enough to fold and seal.

In a small bowl, whisk together: olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder.

Pour the mixture evenly over the salmon, making sure it’s well coated.

Sprinkle fresh dill over the top, along with optional red pepper flakes.

Fold the foil over the salmon and seal tightly to create a packet.

Grill for 20–25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Carefully open the foil (watch for steam), then finish with: fresh herbs and an extra squeeze of lemon.
